The restaurants at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy are very good, and the rooftop is a summer highlight, with lovely city views over drinks. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with a modern style that still feels elegant. The location right on Paradeplatz makes it easy to walk to the lake, Bahnhofstrasse, and most of the city. I had a great stay and would come back.

After nine nights at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich with my delegation, what stood out was how professionally the team handled everything. Their communication made organizing our daily commutes to Davos seamless. The hotel's central Zurich location was ideal for our business needs. Rooms paired up-to-date technology with luxurious comfort, making a welcome place to unwind after long days. Every meal was gourmet perfection, and every part of the property met the highest hospitality standards. It exceeded all expectations. Kimberly at check-in took extra care to walk me to my room and make sure I felt comfortable and knew my way around when I was visibly upset. Earlier, when my luggage went missing, Markus from the bell team stayed kind and calming, reassuring and supporting me until it was sorted out. Their empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail reflect outstanding hospitality. I'm sincerely grateful for the service and highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental in Zurich.

We switched to the Mandarin Oriental the morning after arriving in Zurich, having originally booked a small boutique hotel across the river for various reasons. From the moment we arrived, the staff were courteous and helpful. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and in excellent condition, one of the best we've ever stayed in. Breakfast was pretty good. The buffet had few meaningful vegan choices, but the à la carte menu made up for it with an excellent vegan omelette. The hotel is impeccably maintained, with a central location that makes exploring the city on foot easy. The rooftop bar also stood out for its great Zurich views. We had an excellent stay.

We loved our stay and would happily return on our next trip to Zurich. The food was very good, and the brand-new rooms have the latest tech, including Japanese toilets. Service was impeccable from housekeeping through to the concierge, and the intimate hotel is right in the middle of town.
