We booked this property through booking.com and got a confirmation, but the owner never sent check-in instructions before we arrived. We tried calling several times after we got there and couldn't reach them. Then booking.com told us they couldn't accommodate us after all, leaving us stranded in a foreign country without anywhere to stay. I had to scramble to find last-minute accommodation, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. Their lack of communication and responsibility was completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place. I'm writing to warn others about a horrendous experience.

After 24 hours of travel, we were left stranded with nowhere to go when communication stopped. It's distressing to land in a foreign country exhausted and have no place to stay. A third party told us Nest had gone bankrupt. Please, Booking.com, do something about these Nest apartments. Don't book anything through Nest.

There isn't any physical presence for the company in Zurich. The staff seem to be basically two people, plus cleaning personnel, and the company is owned by one person. The staff aren't very flexible, and you have to pay for everything. Basic toiletries are provided for just one week, and the same goes for dishwashing powder and toilet paper.

A clean service apartment with a modular kitchen and utensils provided. The service staff are very nice, too. It's a five-minute walk from Zurich main train station, with a market close by. A great place to hang out.

The shower was amazing, and the apartment felt warm and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a temporary stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. They also left tea, coffee, cookies, cornflakes, juice, water, and milk.
