For constructive feedback, I'd suggest adding more dinner tables and putting more staff on at breakfast. Otherwise, we had a lovely welcome from the lobby bar staff and then went to reception. Fatou checked us in quickly and without any stress. She was absolutely lovely, and our 4 year old took to her straight away.

Vivi, Edmir, and Grigorios made the service feel warm, attentive, and genuinely delightful. The fondue itself was delicious, and eating it inside such a charming bubble made the experience unforgettable. I brought my mother and sister, and they couldn't stop praising everything. They even said it was the best fondue they'd ever had. If you're thinking of going, don't hesitate, it's absolutely worth it.

The tram was our best and cheapest way to get around, though Uber worked fine and taxis were usually nearby too. Schiffbau tram station is right by the hotel, and a coffee shop and Coop are about a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is more than adequate for a stay, with parking nearby, a good restaurant and bar, and a gym and swimming pool on floor -1.

The bar had great drinks and a relaxing atmosphere, and the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Greetings to Gregory, Skerdi, George, and the Robot that works at the bar and always serves with a smile.

The rooms were just what we needed, and when the kids wrestled the duvet off each other, an extra one arrived almost straight away. Staff also helped us with the safe, and I liked seeing current tram times when turning on the TV. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, but we had a good drink in the bar one night. There was water waiting in the room, and a Coop nearby for essentials. We chose this as our base because of the location, and it worked out well. It's a little outside central Zurich's hustle and bustle, but the tram stop is just a stone's throw away. The number 4 tram quickly became our best friend. I'd highly recommend it for the location, staff, and amenities.
