Please don’t stay here. The room was very hot, with no AC, and it didn’t seem to be ventilated well. The room and hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes, and hallway noise carried on past midnight. Street noise was loud even with the windows shut. There was only one pillow, and it was too small to sleep on comfortably. The bathroom had no shampoo or soap.

The studio was far too expensive for what was provided. We found broken or outdated equipment, including faulty taps in both the shower and kitchen, and uncomfortable beds. There was a lingering smell of cold tobacco in the corridors, and the walls were so thin we could hear everything outside. We had told them our arrival time in advance, but the studio had not been cleaned. We waited two hours on the balcony before we could get the keys. It was also very difficult to communicate, since the person at reception spoke neither German nor English.

They stole our jackets from our room. Don’t stay here under any circumstances. The receptionist was the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met, and a real liar.

There wasn’t even a tea bag or coffee capsule in the room, despite the kettle and coffee maker. I had to ask twice for the Wi-Fi password, and they only sent it after 24 hours. The previous tenant’s laundry was still there, the shower door was broken, and the electrical outlets were faulty. Check-in at the promised time wasn’t possible because of a system error. They didn’t reply to my emails, so I had to call to get it sorted. The service was below par. Avoid this place.
