I stayed four nights, and the restaurant was a real highlight. The food was delicious, and Akor and Fiorella were professional, friendly, and attentive, making the meal a wonderful experience. Mariia and the whole front desk team were just as welcoming. They were always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything I asked. That care and attention really stood out. I've been a Marriott member for a long time, and this was one of the best service experiences I've had at a Marriott, possibly the best. Thank you. Truly exceptional.

It's a lovely, quaint boutique hotel in a quiet spot, close to everything. I prefer the peace to having a view, and there isn't one here anyway. The fridge is tiny, and you have to take out the stocked drinks to use it. The big drawback for me was the lack of a gym. The gym two blocks away costs 39CH and doesn't open until 6am, which is too late for my morning schedule. If you don't need a gym, it's a nice place to stay.

The restaurant was one of the best places we've ever eaten, and our big room was great too. It was our first time in Zürich, and staying at Neuses made it a really good experience. The location was perfect, close to everything, and everyone on staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Thank you all!

The room was perfect, and the team were ready to help with extra requests when they could. I felt cold and asked if the heater could be turned up, and they brought an extra heater within minutes. Liza and Dimttry were especially welcoming and understanding from the moment I arrived until I left. Liza also helped me with directions so I could get around the city easily. Amazing customer service. Thank you to Marriott, they always amaze me.
