There's no Wi-Fi connection during my stay, so I can't look up an address, use wtsapp, get into my banking app, or order food. Nobody answered on wtsapp and no fix was offered. If you want to be cut off from the modern world and have a HARDCORE stay in Zurich, this is the place.

The front door locking setup is quite insane. After struggling with it for a while, we ended up calling someone to come open it, which is the only reason I'm giving four stars. The apartment itself was very nice and clean, and we had a great stay. Beds were comfortable, though the pillows weren't really pillows and they need to invest seriously in better ones. We were there three nights and didn't use the kitchen or appliances, but everything looked new. There's no window netting, so bugs come straight in when you open a window.

We stayed two nights. Apart from having to call the contact number on agoda for directions, everything went smoothly.

The location is good, but this apartment is nowhere near luxury. The washing machine and kettle were broken, bathroom fixtures were rusty, and the furniture was completely worn down. It needs a lot of maintenance and care before it can be called luxury. I don't recommend this place.

I was really disappointed to be charged an extra CHF 50 for checking in late, even though I'd told them about the late arrival beforehand.
