Seestrasse Apartments Drei Koenige

I've stayed here about five times and keep returning. The rooms are small but make good use of the space, with a wall-folding Murphy bed and a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, microwave, stove, cutlery and more. Maid service even does the dishes, and Wi-Fi is free now. You check in and out at the Ascott Hotel, two blocks away. I usually take the train from the airport to Enge station, cross the street to Ascott, then walk to Drei Koenige, so it's not out of the way. Once I was upgraded to the penthouse, which was spacious and quite nice. The church nearby rings its bells in the morning. I sleep with earplugs and don't notice them anymore. They were renovating the first floor apartments in January, and hopefully that work is finished now, leaving nicer rooms.

Tram noise runs from 6:00 until 0:45. Even with every window shut, the building shakes. Earplugs might help.

The studio apartments are nice, but rooms near the road may be worth avoiding because the trams are pretty noisy.

The interior design is beautiful, and the place is surprisingly spacious. It's also a wonderful, quiet spot.
