Sorell Boutique-Hotel Seidenhof Zürich

Everything was in great condition after the recent refurbishment, and the decor throughout the hotel felt thoughtful. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was spot on, and dinner at the hotel one night was excellent too. Brilliant hotel, with easy access to all Zurich has to offer. I'd certainly stay again.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylish, with modern touches and amenities that made the stay feel special. Staff were warm and professional throughout, taking care of the little details. Its spot among Zurich's luxury boutiques also made getting around and shopping easy. Highly recommended.

We came for our wedding anniversary and were happy with the whole stay, from arrival through checkout. The room felt cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had loads of space. Breakfast was generous and tasty, and the staff delivered the excellent service we hoped for. The hotel is an easy walk from the main station, convenient from the airport, and close to the main sights, restaurants, and bars. We'd gladly come back.

Hair was everywhere, including around the toilet and throughout the bathroom, which felt unhygienic and disturbing. The bed linen was also repeatedly covered in hair that looked like it might be pet hair, possibly dog hair. Cleanliness was terrible and well below an acceptable standard. It seriously affected my comfort during the stay. I wouldn't expect these conditions from this property, and I hope management takes the problem seriously.
