Sigma Self Check-In Hostel

It's a shame, because I stayed here once before and it was pretty good. The hostel is in a quiet, well-located part of town, but the only representative is chat support, and dealing with them feels like dealing with your telecom provider. When I got into my room, there were nail clippings on the window bed, other cleanliness problems, no trashcan, and broken showerheads. I'd already notified them about the showerheads last time. When I had an issue, the chat rep backed out of our agreement to move me back to my original room and shifted responsibility as usual. It's hit and miss. Hope you don't end up needing actual help from the hostel.

The self check-in went smoothly, as long as you complete the online check-in first. My room was clean, and the bathrooms and toilets were well maintained. Just plan ahead, because there’s no luggage storage or breakfast.

Nice hostel, and it has everything, including a kitchen and a good bathroom and shower. P.S. there's a bathtub too.

The facilities really impressed me, they were 10/10. Meryem was helpful, and the staff were very nice in general. It's a very nice hotel.
