Ema House Sup. Standard Unterstrass - Inh 26062

We stayed in the Superior Duplex, and it was amazing: two large bedrooms with King/Queen beds, each with its own full bathroom. There’s a small elevator as well as stairs to reach the room. The staff even left lovely welcome and goodbye gifts that we hadn’t expected. The location is quiet and feels safe, with plenty of dine-in and takeout restaurants nearby, and Zurich HB is about a 10-minute walk away. I’d strongly recommend EMA House Serviced Apartments Superior Unterstrass for a Zurich stay.

I’ve stayed at EMA twice now, and it really does feel like a home away from home, rather than a hotel or AirBnB. The apartments are beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, and kept in good condition. It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Hb, or just two tram stops. The staff are efficient, helpful, and very personable. Both stays have been great, and I’ll look to book here whenever I’m in Zurich.

The kitchen had what we needed to cook, right down to coffee capsules. There’s plenty of room in both the living area and bedrooms, and the apartment worked really well for our family of four. It’s only a few minutes from the main Zürich station. I’d recommend it.

It was easy to book, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our apartment was bright, very clean, and furnished just right. The location made it easy to reach Zürich’s old town by public transport or on foot. Highly recommend!
