ibis Zurich City West

The staff were simply incredible, and Manuela deserves a mention. She’s friendly, pleasant, and happy to answer questions. After breakfast with her, I felt full of positivity and energy for the whole day, even though I hadn’t been in a good mood. There’s also excellent parking, reasonable pricing, high cleanliness standards, and a good selection at breakfast. A wonderful location.

Miss Vjollca took such good care of us. She was kind, attentive, and made the visit feel very pleasant. The service was excellent, the food delicious, and the staff were welcoming. We really enjoyed it and would gladly come back.

Fatou and Suzanne were so kind and helpful when we discovered at arrival that my spouse and I had accidentally made separate reservations. The cancellation period had passed, but they went out of their way to help us cancel one booking. We really appreciated their effort and professionalism. Thank you for the lovely service!

The location worked perfectly for me, close to my workplace and with several places to eat late at night nearby. Wi-Fi was excellent, which made remote work easy. My only frustration was the lack of a kettle in the room, so making tea in the morning was difficult. I’d booked a standard room and was pleasantly upgraded to a spacious family room. The bed was very comfortable, the window provided good ventilation, and reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
