This seems suitable for a short stay without children. I’m in Zurich for three months with my husband and our one-year-old baby. The cleaning lady comes once a week, but one day a new cleaner was in such a hurry that she did the bedding and bathroom in just ten minutes. There was still dust everywhere afterward, and we didn’t have enough utensils for cooking.

We had trouble updating the payment information, and they didn’t contact us properly about the problem. When I called customer service to ask why I couldn’t update my payment method online, the guy yelled at me. He’s supposed to help customers, and I was only trying to understand what was wrong. The customer service was terrible, with poor communication and very rude behavior. If you’re traveling, just get Airbnb. You’ve got a much better chance of finding a nicer place and having a more decent interaction with people.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and new. But our room faced a busy junction, so we couldn’t sleep with the windows open. There’s no air conditioning.

The bed was very comfortable, and the place was nice and clean. There was just one pillow per person. It’s also right on a main road junction and very noisy, so keep that in mind.

The apartment didn’t look like the photo, and if you’re unlucky enough to get the top floor, the roof is full of spider webs. There’s no letter box, even though everything in the country works by postal mail.
