Youth Hostel Zurich

Staying here felt safe and right, and the staff made me feel completely at home. Basem especially is one of the best staff members I've ever met. He's always smiling, makes you laugh, and creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I had a great stay at this hostel. Highly recommended!

The check-in staff were so friendly, and I'm especially thankful they rummaged around the bed to search for my passport when I called from Luzern. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, while the common areas had a great atmosphere for relaxing or meeting other travelers. It's also convenient for public transport and lovely areas to walk around. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zurich.

The staff were professional, helpful, and polite throughout my stay. Jennifer on the reception team gave especially good service and helped make everything smooth. The facilities were clean, quiet, and well organized, and the spacious, clean washrooms and well-kept laundry area made things comfortable. Laundry cost 7 CHF, including detergent. Breakfast was included in the booking and served from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Lunch and dinner were also available for a reasonable 25 CHF. With the service, amenities, and overall experience, I'm happy to give the hostel 5 stars and recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The hostel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable, spacious, spotless rooms, secure lockers, and cozy beds. It's close to public transport and a short walk from beautiful Lake Zurich. The staff were friendly and ready to answer questions or offer city recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and I liked the common areas for relaxing and meeting other travelers. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made the stay even better. Everything was absolutely perfect, and I'd highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Zurich.
