The views were breathtaking, and I'm pretty sure I could see Aitutaki. We used the house as a gathering place for our family and guests, with plenty of room to mingle and swim. The kids loved the expansive home. It was spotless and there were no bugs. Ti' a was the perfect host, discreet and professional. We never saw her, which suited me fine since I hate it when an owner hovers around. I couldn't recommend this place more.

We stayed with two families and four toddlers. The house itself was great, but the one bath was faulty. There was no music system or hair dryer, and the place filled up with mice. With toddlers, the floor got dirty really quickly, and the pool was too deep for them. The loud rooster and bird chorus began at 5am. There was no air con in the sleeping areas and no curtains, so we had a sleepless holiday. You need a car for everything, and there was no sheltered parking. Don't count on the manager to arrange cleans, a nanny, or chefs. The things they arranged didn't happen.

We booked this amazing house for our staff retreat. Tina went out of her way to meet our needs, and my staff thoroughly enjoyed their well-deserved Xmas break there.

Tina Iro, a lovely lady, picked us up from the airport and took us a little off the beaten track to this spectacular house in the hills. At night it lit up like a Christmas tree. It was truly impressive, and everyone couldn't believe their eyes. The house was amazing, with everything you could want for a holiday in Rarotonga. We had the best stay and highly recommend the Iro Luxury Retreat. Tina Iro was approachable and lovely to deal with. Thank you so much, Kevin and Tina Iro. A really memorable stay for Te Moana Whanau from Waihau Bay, NZ. We booked the Iro house from the 18th-25th of Oct 2016 for our wedding on Muri Beach, followed by a beautiful reception at Te Vara Nui.
