Rendezvous Villas

We found other accommodation at Muri Beach Club Hotel and had a great stay there, but the booking mix-up at Rendezvous was frustrating. When we arrived, we were told there was no availability because I had booked the same dates a month earlier. Nobody contacted us to explain my mistake, and although we were lucky to find another place, Rendezvous did not refund our full payment. We had been excited about staying there.

If you prefer somewhere away from the busy resort style, this is a great fit. We’ve visited Rarotonga 11 times, and this is the best place we’ve stayed. The villa has lots of space and a well-equipped kitchen, and the fruit bowl was a lovely welcome treat. The private pool is a good size too, unlike some of those tiny plunge pools.

The airport welcome felt grand, and Des made the whole stay stress-free by accommodating all our requests. The shuttle driver was friendly and informative too. My wife and I loved the spacious villa, the lovely views, and having a private pool. We could go snorkelling just a few steps from the bedroom. Thank you, Des, Lara and Rendezvous. We’d highly recommend it.

We spent our honeymoon here and couldn’t imagine a more romantic place. It was incredible for relaxing and enjoying the Cook Island vibes, and the staff were lovely and looked after us throughout our stay. The beachfront houses have private pools, a barbecue, a kitchen, and even a washer and dryer.
