The price set an expectation of good service and a high standard of accommodation, but that wasn’t what I got. Breakfast was included, yet it felt careless and mediocre, even poorly done. The service also fell short. The little details matter, and so does the attention guests receive. My room was cold, with drafts coming in and no way to heat it. I paid for a good stay and ended up with a thoroughly disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t return.

Everyone was so welcoming, and we had a great time at this lovely place. My only small wish is that checkout were a bit later. It was a really nice stay, and I’d suggest booking directly with them 🫶.

Pamela and Miguel were such thoughtful hosts and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. The facilities are beautiful, and the place itself is lovely if you want to get away from everything.

The hot tub was a 10/10, and we really enjoyed the pool too. We could use all the spaces, as long as we were considerate of everyone else. My husband and I had a wonderful time, and Pamela was always there when we needed something. It’s a great place to unwind and disconnect, with every area set up for that. We’ll definitely come back.

Pame and Miguel were so kind and ready to help whenever we needed it. Breakfast was included, and having the hot tub too made the stay feel like great value. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful. We’ll be back!
