Even arriving at midnight, we were warmly greeted by two lovely ladies. It's a small, sweet hotel in a great spot for the town centre, with plenty of parking despite being right in the middle of town. Our room felt bright and spacious thanks to the large windows, and had a nice view over town and a bit of the lake.

I loved my stay. It's right in the city centre of Puerto Varas and very reasonably priced. The hotel is simple and friendly, and everyone is so warm and people-oriented that you feel at home.

The breakfast was very good, and the view is lovely. It's a cozy place close to the centre and the lakeshore, with easy access to bus stops and tour pickup points. The value for money is good. There's a hill to climb to reach the hotel, but it's manageable, even if a bit challenging. Service was as expected. Just ask about how to adjust the hot water beforehand.

The woman serving breakfast was very kind, but the meal itself was average. The room was so-so and the beds were bad. My experience wasn't very good, especially considering how expensive it was. It just wasn't worth the price.

The staff gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive, including to guests' needs. Our room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was delicious. It's very well located. A great hotel in its category, highly recommended.
