There were some helpful touches: they let us store things in the refrigerator, and they sell lunches where breakfast is served, which was great. The breakfast itself was simple but functional, and we had comfortable beds, clean rooms, hot water with good pressure, and a TV with several channels. Most staff were friendly. The main drawbacks were no air conditioning, only one electrical outlet for two people, and lots of noise. Cleaning staff were loud with their cart very early in the morning, and the laundry elevator was noisy enough to wake you up. It's centrally located near the main square, with a supermarket close by, though the neighborhood isn't very nice.

The staff made a real effort to provide excellent service, and I have nothing to complain about there. My only issues were the location, since the neighborhood isn't great, and the extra parking fee, which is valid only for the night.

The lodging, food, and location were good, with a panoramic view and varied dishes. They served local specialties as well as the most popular dishes. I liked it and recommend it, it was worth it.

Very clean and comfortable, with a good price. It's right in the center near Paraiso beach, and I'd recommend it.

The room was so unacceptable for the price that we eventually gave up and went to another hotel. Before that, we lost a lot of time trying to book online, first from home and again after arriving. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, and when I asked for help on WhatsApp they told me to wait, then left us waiting without assistance. At reception, the price was higher than the one shown on the website. You say the technology failed, but shouldn't someone at reception be able to sort that out? Otherwise, it makes me wonder if the lower online price is just there to get people through the door. Please don't waste people's time like this.
