The staff were really kind, and a late checkout was no problem. The room had everything we needed, including brand new shampoo, conditioner and soap. The kitchen was well equipped, with an oven and a hob that got very hot. We also had an amazing sunset view, and the supermarket was close by. Highly recommend, it’s easy and has what you need.

Comfortable and clean, with a great view and excellent location. The breakfast could be better.

What an awful service. We arrived late after being robbed in another city and spending five hours at the Calama police station. The owner had said there would be a parking card in an envelope at reception, but there was nothing there. A staff member told us to enter the parking area with our stay confirmation, but the attendant wouldn’t let us in. We had to drive around and leave the car somewhere it wasn’t allowed while waiting for a reply. The woman said she was available from 9 to 18, and outside those hours only on check-in day. We waited an hour; the mall closed, and we still had none of our things because they’d been stolen. They took a very long time to answer. We had to leave a message through Airbnb’s Gmail contact route asking them to get the unresponsive owner to solve the problem. We needed to buy toothpaste, a toothbrush, food and other things. In the end, we had to park somewhere else and pay, before they finally replied.
