Hotel Le Prince

We spent two days here and really appreciated the service. Luis at reception was very friendly and helped us find somewhere nearby for dinner. The airport taxi service was safe and cheaper than the options outside the airport. From the start, the staff offered ways to make our stay easier, like adjusting the usual check-in or check-out time or arranging breakfast earlier.

They prepared an extra breakfast for us since we got to Arica so early. We were also able to check in early without any trouble. The hotel felt very safe, the rooms were clean, and the location was good.

Nice hotel, though it isn’t especially quiet because of some street noise.

The service was first-rate, and the location is central, with plenty to do nearby. There’s parking one block away. The room had air conditioning, though it was quite narrow, and the hotel felt somewhat worn but cozy. I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. They told me the place had been fumigated. There’s a box of sweets and a minibar with drinks in the room, but check it before leaving. I was charged for a half-open bottle of soda I hadn’t drunk because I hadn’t checked the minibar. There’s a small self-serve cafe with drinks and a microwave for heating sandwiches, available to guests. Breakfast is included, but only until 9:30 a.m., and I missed it.
