The beds were comfortable, and the manager provided good service. It's very close to the beach.

We were there for work and left early, trusting that nobody would come in, since the French doors never closed all the way. The rooms were okay, but not warm enough. The kitchen has several electrical appliances, though the toaster didn't work, the oven had no outlet nearby, and the microwave was dirty. It was also very noisy. Since it's a semi-detached house, we could hear drains, stairs, and people talking in nearby buildings.

The location and pool were good, and we did manage to enjoy ourselves despite the disappointment. But after a long trip with children, there was no way to get a refund or move elsewhere. I wish I'd known all this before booking, because the Booking.com reviews didn't reflect what we found. The apartment was reasonably clean when we arrived, but the closets were filthy and had no handles, so we had to open them with a knife. The kitchen itself was clean, but the oven didn't work. There was a rusty electric oven instead, and the stove burners wouldn't light with the igniter. We had to bring our own matches, since none were provided. The dining chairs were flimsy, and one broke. Several terrace chairs were broken or in bad condition, and the terrace sofa was dirty and poor quality. We couldn't properly lock up: the front door had an electric lock, but all the windows were broken and wouldn't close. We had to take our valuables with us whenever we went to the beach. The dishwasher faucet only gave hot water. They didn't fix it after we asked, so we had to go outside to the shower at the back of the apartment to get ice-cold water. The washing machine in the second apartment was broken, and the back showers had hoses but no showerheads. The kitchen range hoods didn't work either. The toilets in the bathrooms also didn't work properly. It's surprising that a place in such poor condition is still operating. The facilities urgently need thorough maintenance. I wouldn't stay here again if I returned to Bahía Inglesa.

It's a quiet, comfortable place, and there is parking. The entrance doors use keys, though the living room windows don't close, haha. Cleanliness was a problem too. Someone had killed an insect on the wall and left it there, and there were lots of them. Still, it's peaceful. Recommended.
