We celebrated my mother's birthday over lunch, and the whole meal was amazing. The staff were very kind and the service was excellent. We were also able to take photos by the pool.

The breakfast was generous and really good, but I had too many problems during a short stay to recommend the place. The pool wasn't available, and the self-service laundry listed on Hotwire, where I booked, wasn't there. There was late-night noise, as other people have said, and the toilet drainage was unreliable, sometimes taking more than one flush. In such a dry place, that shouldn't be left unfixed. The TV also didn't work when I arrived; three employees got it going for me, so that was a smaller issue.

Everything else was very nice, and the staff were helpful. The room had no heat, though, which made it cold in August.

I don't know what the people who left good reviews were thinking. There's a nightclub next door, and the loud bass goes on all night. The toilet wouldn't flush, and the bathroom had a strong urine smell. Unless you're here specifically for paid entertainment rather than sleep, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. Good luck!
