We'd booked a room, but the hotel was overbooked. At 1 a.m. they put us out on the street with no alternative, after telling us what seemed like a lie about a system mistake. The receptionist, Constanza, was completely incompetent and unwilling to find a solution. By far the worst I've ever experienced.

There's a Jumbo shop nearby, but not much else to do around the hotel. Several people say the area is quite insecure at night, so it's better to stay inside or call a uber if you want to go out.

It's a standard ibis, nothing spectacular, but the location is good. A good shopping center is within walking distance, and there's a great supermarket across the street. The free gated parking is excellent and uncovered, with underground parking also available. Skip the hotel breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the service is great. Most of the front desk staff speak English.

We had a really bad time with the staff. They were rude and wouldn’t give us an extra pillow.
