L&S Hotel

The staff were friendly, but the rooms only have just enough space. I asked to move because the mattress in my assigned room was in poor condition. Your reply was completely out of line. How can you say you aren’t responsible for a mattress that’s in bad shape? And what was that about my company imposing its accommodation ideas? I’m the Head of Operations for a large company in Chile. I stayed there just once as an ordinary guest. I don’t understand that excuse, and your inappropriate response reflects very badly on you.

Tea and coffee are always available in the lobby, and the place has a homely feel. The beds are large and very comfortable. My only issue was that the rooms farther away had internet connection problems, though that will probably change soon.

We spent three days in the suite, which is a full apartment, and it exceeded what we expected. It’s lovely and has all the basic amenities. The facilities are excellent, and it’s close to both the city center and the mall.

Smoking isn’t allowed anywhere in the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and have private bathrooms, and breakfast is included. A good hotel.
