Oceana Suites Concepto One

The building itself is very nice, with a 24-hour reception, a gym on the 18th floor, and a barbecue area. But I feel scammed by the owner of apartment 1405. I rented from him for almost a year without problems on either side. When I returned the apartment, unexpected charges came up that weren't in the contract, and he demanded the security deposit back without a justifiable reason. He included his labor for handling paperwork, made requests over even the smallest things, and insisted on buying the most expensive replacement parts. I'm sharing this in case it helps someone avoid renting from him. There are much better agencies and private landlords.
