We had a great stay and would happily come back to Chillan. The room was clean, well equipped, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included, with fresh fruit and delicious pastries made in-house. We also ordered a Charcuterie board in the evening, and it was better than expected. Service was impeccable, with very friendly, accommodating staff. A special thank you to Catalina, Gabriela, Marcelo and Dayanne. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and Plaza de Armas.

One of the best value hotels in Chillán. The staff are super courteous, and I highly recommend staying here.

A good option for a short stay, with the standard service you’d expect from this hotel chain. There’s a pool, sauna, and gym, and breakfast was good. We put a sign on the door asking them not to clean, but they cleaned the room anyway, which was strange. Breakfast could include vegetables, and they might consider getting a base heater.

I stayed here seven years ago and loved it, but this second visit had a few disappointments. The food was good, as were breakfast and cable TV. The internet was extremely slow, around 5Mbs, and made it hard to download and upload files for work. The shower water wasn’t warm enough in the morning, and the beds weren’t as comfortable as I remembered.

The rooms are huge, with lots of unused space, and the beds and bathrooms are large and comfortable. That’s really all that seems to justify the price. For a 5 star hotel at that rate, the breakfast was only like a 3-star European breakfast. A European 5 star hotel would never serve that.
