It’s right in the middle of the city, with plenty of nearby options and no real need for a car. The staff were pretty good, and I liked the breakfast. The hotel sits inside a small mall and stays open all the time. Parking is available through a supermarket, which is handy. The building seems old, and there are signs of that around the place. The rooms were okay, though the carpet looked a little dated. It seemed like renovations were underway, but as of early 2019, not much had been done.

The facilities were somewhat old, but clean, and breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and the location is central. Parking is shared with a supermarket, so for security you have to unload all your equipment from the vehicle, which is the drawback.

The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy, though the accommodations felt a little old. The staff were lovely and helpful, and breakfast was generous and complete.

The homemade breakfast had lots of choices and tasted delicious, and lunch was good too. It’s right in the center, beside the mall and Chillán market, where you can eat well without spending much. The rooms are fine and very clean, though the furniture is older and a bit worn. I liked the shower, which stayed at a perfect temperature so I didn’t get cold. The staff were friendly and attentive, and sorted things out quickly and efficiently. I’d definitely recommend it if you want an affordable place in a central location.
