This hotel has a dreamlike setting and excellent facilities, and it could be top-notch. But it’s poorly managed, much to the owner’s dismay. There apparently isn’t a hotel manager, and just a couple of employees seem to be in charge. They pass responsibility between themselves and treat guests badly. It’s common to ask for something and hear that it isn’t that employee’s responsibility. Some have become overbearing, making the experience disappointing and unpleasant for guests.

The hotel is beautiful, made unique by its natural setting and all the native trees around it. The service is warm and welcoming too, and excellent. Highly recommended!

The rooms looked out over beautiful snowy scenery, and the place itself was lovely. It was always warm, the service was good, and both breakfast and dinner were very good.

I tried calling and emailing for details about the accommodation, facilities, and prices, but got nowhere. They even told me the entire hotel staff was on vacation. The information I did get was delivered in a pretty unfriendly way.

A great spot for unwinding, with a lovely atmosphere, good food, and excellent service. It’s also close to the hot springs and snow-covered mountains.
