It’s still as nice as it was the first time I came, a couple of years ago. The garden and service have both improved. It’s a calm, quiet place to enjoy the native flora, and the service is incredible. You can even play tennis with a former ATP player and coach who runs the place.

The cabin is tidy and rustic, and almost fully equipped. There’s no food, so bring your own, and it has neither an oven nor a microwave. The location is quite far from Pucón if you want to be near the center, but it’s great for visiting the hot springs. It’s a quiet place in the foothills, surrounded by trees and birds. September was cold and rainy, but the wood heating worked well, so I wasn’t cold. The shower wasn’t my favorite: it uses little water and is hard to adjust, though I appreciated having hot water. The service was good and very friendly.
