Really nice staff, and the hotel was very clean. A very nice place to stay.

The volcano view was perfect, and the location put us right among shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very nice. We rented a large, clean, quiet, comfortable apartment as a hotel room, with a kitchen, dining and living rooms, and two bedrooms. Plenty of hot water and WIFI, too.

We stayed in one of the family apartments, and I’d come back mainly for the location. It’s right on Pucón's main avenue, close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and tour booking places. There’s parking if you’re driving, and it’s easy to walk everywhere. The setup is two bedrooms upstairs, with a bathroom and equipped kitchen, plus living and dining areas downstairs. There are double beds in the rooms and a room with single beds. The only TV is a small one downstairs, and they have Wi-Fi. Reception staff were friendly, helpful, and good. The kitchen has the basics, though I’d have preferred a kettle to the teapot because the water took a long time to boil. I’d also make the furniture more comfortable. The wooden style looks nice, and they could keep that rustic feel while modernizing things a bit, perhaps with dining chair covers or different armchairs in the living room. The property also has regular hotel rooms.
