Cabañas Valles de Pucon

The owner was very kind and polite, and it’s clear the place is well cared for. The cabins were clean, the pool was wonderful, and the trees were beautiful. The surroundings were comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend it.

We told them in advance that we wouldn’t arrive that day, and they said it was fine and the reservation would be held. But on the last day, they said the booking had been lost, so we no longer had a night available. We had to leave before 12, at 11 a.m. They didn’t honor the reservation, and we lost our money because they made that decision without telling us. We had to rush out, and the owner was very unfriendly. We were never informed about anything. I don’t recommend it at all, you’ll have a bad time and lose money. Basically, they robbed us.

A lovely place surrounded by nature, away from downtown Pucón. I went to a wedding there and it was fantastic. It’s well suited to country-style parties and gatherings, with a pool, party hall, and lovely cabins. The kitchen in the hall is spacious, though the bathrooms are a bit small. I think the cabins are rented seasonally.

The cabins, pool, and grounds are in good shape, and there’s even a small soccer field. But the host, who seems to be the owner, was extremely rude. We had to plead with him to open the gate when we wanted to leave, and his response to our complaint about dirty sheets was just as bad. I can’t recommend this place.
