Raphael went out of his way to sort out practical things for us, and there was plenty to read. We were warmly received by the staff and the place itself. The room was cozy, which was just right in that weather, and breakfast was super. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés! It’s also well placed, with an excellent Peruvian restaurant nearby.

The shower and bed were good, and the location was okay, but the place itself was basic and the owner seemed stressed. Their laundry service was terrible: it damaged our clothes, they offered no fix, and they haven’t replied to my messages.

We were happy with the food, both how it was prepared and presented. The bedding was warm and cozy, and the rooms have a welcoming earth-toned yoga and Buddhism style. It’s a relaxed bed and breakfast in the town center, run well and within easy walking distance of Pucon’s tourist blocks and the long-distance bus centers.

The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Breakfast was the best we’ve had so far. When our activities meant we had to leave before breakfast, they left food for us, with hot water for tea. One thing, the receptionists should know English. Stay dates: February 2019

The people here are so friendly, and our room was clean and really nice. The pizza was amazing, too. I’d definitely recommend staying here when you visit Pucon.
