After our original reservations fell through, we checked in here late at night and were so glad to find such a good place at the last minute. It's a cute chalet-style building, with comfortable rooms, really nice beds, a good bathroom, and very friendly reception staff. We'd definitely come back.

The staff made our stay especially good. They were friendly, attentive, and happy to help with things like an early breakfast or late checkout. Our spacious room was just right, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. An excellent place to stay in Pucón. Thanks, Malalhue!
