The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, and there's laundry service, a roomy breakfast dining area, and several common spaces. Wi-Fi and cable TV are available, though not every TV is LED. Family rooms are an option, and booking ahead is recommended. They accept credit cards. This is a reasonably priced alternative to higher-end hotels, with several room types and a small parking lot. It's right in the heart of Pucón. The place is wooden and old fashioned, not elegant, and probably only three stars.

The cabin was more than the two of us needed, with two rooms and 3 beds, but it was spacious and comfortable. For 25-30,000 pesos, you also get parking and hot water. Friendly lady, great place. Highly recommended! ✌🏼

Horrible place. They don't honor the agreement with despegar.cl or recognize reservations. They take cash only, no card payments. The whole place feels awful and very informal.

Good value, and being right in the center adds a lot. This must be one of the most affordable places in Pucón.

A really cozy, clean place to unwind. The heating was easy to control, too. 👌 I'd recommend it.
