They cancelled our reservation on the very day we arrived in Valdivia, without warning, and never even cancelled it on Booking.com. They said they only took cash because we’d booked from Argentina, but hadn’t asked us in advance whether we had any. We did. I asked if we could pay that way, and 20 minutes later they told us the room had already been rented. The service was terrible and they were unfriendly. Never again. You don’t cancel someone’s reservation on arrival day!
