We'd been on a bus all night and arrived early, before our room was ready. The staff let us use a room to rest while we waited, which was a huge help. The hotel is old but in good shape, and nearly full. Thanks a lot to the very helpful staff!

The fitness center was closed, and breakfast was free but very busy with little to eat. There was free gated parking. Expedia had changed our booking from two beds to one again, as it has before, but the front desk sorted it out without charging us extra.

The first room they gave me was awful and old. After I complained, they moved me to a newer one, though it was smaller. The quality was just okay, and breakfast was standard, nothing special. What bothered me most was how rough the staff could be. They seemed to forget who the customer was.

The service was great, by European standards in my view. Breakfast was decent, though it could be better.
