Our reservation was canceled at the last minute, and they offered no solution. At 9 p.m. we had to go out and find somewhere else to stay. If you don’t want to be left stranded, don’t go. There’s a cabaret half a block away if that’s your thing.

The room was roomy and the bed was good. Wi-Fi worked, and breakfast was a good continental one. The staff could have been more attentive, though nothing was actually bad. Parking is a little tight to maneuver in, but leaving early should help.

The restaurant staff were very good, and I recommend the shrimp pil-pil. The hotel staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. The double bed was a super king, much wider than it was long. Breakfast was average.

The bathroom setup makes it awkward for a group, since the door is transparent, and the shower floor was broken. At 4 in the morning, the cordless phone kept turning on by itself, as if someone were touching it. Early in the morning, employees were arguing with customers and people kept knocking insistently on the door. The price feels very high for what you get.
