The apartments have finishes of middling quality, but the place is nicely situated and has lovely views. OCARANZA PROPIEDADES offers apartments for sale and rent in the building.

Direct access to the beach is a real plus, and it's quiet there, especially during the week. The apartment was comfortable for two, and the complex is in a great location. There's a play area for kids. The pool is more for children or a quick dip than for swimming.

La Herradura Beach is right there, and there are some excellent food trucks nearby. The location is hard to beat. The pool is currently closed. On weekends, beach access is locked because the municipality is in Phase 2. For a barbecue area, you need to book the day before to secure a spot and leave a CLP 20,000 deposit. You get it back when you return the area in excellent condition.
