The building needs better safety measures and contingency plans for earthquakes and tsunami warnings. On January 19, 2019, it was left empty when all the doormen and caretakers fled to the hill, although they could have stayed in the building and eventually climbed back to safety using the vertical evacuation system.
Getting around the building was easy with three elevators. The rooms were very comfortable, the pool was comfortable too, and the laundry service was excellent. The wifi was very good as well.
The building was clean and felt secure, and the view was nice. I'd recommend it.
Everything is beautiful here, and the water is the warmest in the region. It's a spectacular spot between the week and Coquimbo...
