The manager was friendly, but the place feels neglected and the information is poorly organized. If you don't ask questions, they don't give you details. Outside, there are rusty areas all over that haven't been repaired, and the terrace has no privacy between the cabins. Inside, the roll-up curtains don't stop people from seeing in when they're open. The room itself was adequate, though some items were dirty and the kitchen things were rusty. On arrival, we were told our room was upstairs and that we'd have to park outside because parking isn't available for every room. They offered a downstairs room for more money. Since it was late and we were there for just one night, we took it. For the price, the quality isn't good. I wouldn't come back or recommend it.

There were cobwebs in sight right from the start, and both the sheets and bathroom were in poor shape, with the bathroom dirty and worn down. This isn't just a small issue for me, it's basic hygiene. You pay for a minimum of cleanliness and comfort, and this place doesn't meet that. The place is clearly neglected and badly maintained. They really should improve the conditions. It's unacceptable to take in customers like this. I don't recommend it. My experience was terrible.

The view is the one good thing here. The cabin was filthy when we got to the room. The bedding was dirty, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, and there wasn't even toilet paper. Later that afternoon, termites fell from the ceiling onto the double bed. The pest control seal was posted on the entrance window, so we wondered how they got it. Fidelina's service was terrible from the moment we arrived, and management offered no real solution. They sprayed Lysol on the ceiling and said that had fixed it before. Parking was another problem. At first they wanted to send us to the dock, where it would've cost 3,000 colones per night. Later we got the parking spot we'd been promised, but it was full of trash and fleas and smelled awful. We left without staying even one night, despite having booked eight nights at 100,000 colones a night, and they refused to refund us. Not worth it. TERRIBLE, don't go.

My family and I didn't have a good stay. The room was very cold and humid, smelled bad, and had dirty sheets with some black stuff on them.
