The staff were friendly and flexible, and I’d definitely stay here again. The room was a great size, very clean, and had a spacious closet and a big TV for a good Netflix and chill. The bed was extra comfortable. Thanks for everything! 💛☺️

We enjoyed wandering around the area and finding places to eat and drink. It’s very central, clean, and close to the sea and Casino. Happy to stay again.

The room was quiet, and there are private parking options. The employees were very nice, and breakfast was good.

We stayed for six days in this cozy, very nice boutique hotel. The room was large and comfortable, everything was clean, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was very complete, but it was the same sweet and savory selection every day, so they could vary it a little. Still, I’d give the stay a 7 out of 10. The hotel is two blocks from Avenida San Martín, where there are lots of restaurants to walk to at night. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Viña del Mar.
