Acapulco Beach in Viña del Mar is lively, and the ocean breeze and views make it a worthwhile stop. The sand stretches toward calm waves, with room to relax by the water or stroll along the shore. I enjoyed watching the sunset and taking in the busy promenade area. It can get crowded at peak times, but it still has that classic Viña del Mar beach feel.

I had a great time here with my local friend Carolina, who showed me the lively areas. The public parks are clean and green, and the ocean and mountain views are amazing, with a nice picnic kind of atmosphere. You can swim, walk, or just hang out and take it all in. The beach is surrounded by upscale restaurants, parks, and shops, and gets a bit crowded during the day. Early morning or late evening is best for those panoramic views. Tourists and visitors come here regularly.

This is always my favorite beach in Viña, and plenty of people seem to agree. The vibe is relaxed, with warm locals and tourists around, and nearby markets if you need something. I always felt safe there. The bathrooms are well maintained, but the 1000 peso charge feels shameless when the going rate should be 250 to 500 pesos max.

The beach was beautiful and easy to get to, and it wasn't too crowded. There are lots of places nearby to buy drinks and food.
