The staff were so friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchenette worked perfectly for us.

Breakfast delivered to the room made things really flexible, and I loved how clean everything was and how good the beds felt.

We contacted the staff because there was no hot water for a shower, but they didn't resolve it. If a hot shower matters to you, stay somewhere else.

We arrived to a warm, clean place, and the reception team had clearly paid attention to our arrival time. They were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fine and there was plenty of it.

The apartment was lovely and warm, and breakfast came with the stay, which made things much easier. It also has parking and is fairly close to the center, a good option in the regional capital.
