The thermal pools were lovely, with a large indoor one that has massage areas and a rectangular pool outside. We were visiting with Chilean friends. Towels and lockets are provided, but the surrounding facilities felt lacking. Bathers only have a public shower by the pool, so I had to go back to my hotel room to shower and wash and dry my hair.

The warm water was nice, but the pool itself is rundown and the place is nowhere near as special as people make it sound. We paid 40,000 pp even though some things were not working, and the price feels far too high for what's there. There was just one shower, and we had to ask them to turn on the hot water. No hairdryers either, so there was no way to dry wet hair. This isn't a luxury therme, despite the luxury price. If I'd known what it was like, I wouldn't have gone. They need to clean the place up or lower the cost to match the state of the upkeep.

My mom celebrated her birthday there, and the team at the hot springs and hotel helped me pull off the surprise even though I was abroad. They checked every detail with me and had everything ready on time. I'm grateful to them, and I hope the work of the staff gets appreciated as much as the amenities. Congratulations to everyone! ❤️

The view from the hot springs was nice, but I wouldn't recommend the place. The outdoor pool was packed, and I could only stand it for five minutes because the gas smell was overwhelming. The water was disgusting, with bits of skin floating around. Changing rooms were crowded, and the narrow hallway gave us nowhere to wait, so we got cold. People were bathing in shorts and t-shirts, and no one seemed to control what was going on. There are only three whirlpools, and I never got to try one because people just stood in them with their eyes closed, not thinking of anyone else. We got thirsty, and a small can of Coke cost 5,000 pesos, outrageous. Maintenance was poor too, with peeling paint and grass that kept pricking us, so we had to watch where we walked.

The website is out of date, which can cause mistakes when booking, and I wouldn't go back. There were lots of children at the hot springs during my visit, splashing and shouting, so it was noisy. If you're hoping for a child-free place to relax, this isn't one. They also don't enforce tying hair back or showering before getting into the pools, which took away from the experience.
