The person who welcomed us was very friendly. But after we got the rooms and started cleaning them out, we found food containers and beer bottle caps, and the sheets smelled strongly of body odor. I told him and suggested at least lowering the price because the hygiene was nowhere near decent, but he didn’t offer any solution. The other guests were also very noisy late at night. For 40,000 pesos, I would NEVER recommend staying here. We’ll obviously file a complaint with SERNAC (Chilean Consumer Protection Agency), since they didn’t offer even the slightest solution.

I only stayed because I had to. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the low-quality sheets kept coming off, making it hard to sleep. The flat pillows smelled like drool, one set of towels smelled of fried food, and the cleaning was poor. We even found potato chip crumbs in the bedding! For the price, it’s not worth it. There’s no TV, radio, or anything else.

The sheets were bad and hadn’t been changed. It was a bad experience, and I’ve stayed in much better places for the price. I don’t recommend it at all!!

Everything was clean, with comfortable mattresses and rooms that have private bathrooms. Mauricio also helped us a lot with several personal issues we had. Very nice place, highly recommended, and affordable.

A simple, comfortable and safe place to rest between trips. It was clean, had hot water, and is near the Route 5 connection and Cecinas Soler. Just note there’s no parking.
