Getting here from the airport was straightforward: I took the airport bus to Republica, then an Uber for around CLS 4000. The hotel is central, with the main square and plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, and convenience stores within walking distance. Two Red line metro stations are less than 10 minutes away. My room was large, with a big window for fresh air, a powerful air conditioner, and a comfortable bed with four huge pillows. There were a couple of English language channels, including BBC, CNN, and Bloomberg. Breakfast was filling, and the reception staff were welcoming and available around the clock. Highly recommended.

I slept well despite the central location, since the room was remarkably quiet. The bedding felt luxurious, the mattress was excellent, and everything seemed new and spotless. Fresh towels added to the comfort. Breakfast had a decent range, including scrambled eggs, muesli, juices, and some sweet treats. The staff were friendly and attentive. On the fourth floor, Wi-Fi was fine for browsing, though maybe too slow for streaming movies. The hotel is right in the city center, which was very convenient. I’d happily recommend staying here.

The parking was the main hassle. It's a couple of blocks away, and there's nowhere to pull up to load or unload luggage. The staff were friendly and did their best to make us comfortable. Breakfast was average.

My family and I had some bad luck with things in our rooms, including a broken door handle and no water. The staff did everything they could to fix the problems and make the stay more pleasant. The hotel’s location is perfect, and breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks.
