The staff were the best part of our fabulous time in Curico. Every one of them was happy to help, from the delightful reception team and cheerful restaurant and kitchen crew to the thorough cleaners and everyone else. They made us feel so welcome. The bed was super comfy, breakfast was great, the view was lovely, and it was nice and quiet. There was also good, safe parking.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was close to the convention center, but it felt dated. The hallway carpets were torn and curled up in several spots, and seemed dirty. Room service no longer came into rooms because of Covid, so food trash people left in the hallways sat there for quite a while. The coffee was terrible. Room service wouldn't actually bring it to the room, and the generic single-serve coffee there made nothing but light brown water. During busy times, the coffee shop line looked like it would take 30+ minutes. I gave up after 20 minutes of barely moving, with one person taking orders, making drinks, and heating food. The hotel was also farther from restaurants than many other options. If I were in SLC again, I'd look for somewhere else.

The layout is very basic and rustic. The room facilities could be more comfortable and easier to use.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. The gym was a letdown, though: it had just one machine, which was partly broken, and two 1.5-kilo dumbbells for weights. Nice hotel otherwise.

The food was delicious, and the wine was just right. It is expensive, but I thought it was completely worth it. The staff took excellent care of us.
