Hotel Gomero made a warm, comfortable base on Rapa Nui. The garden is lovely, and the pool is a nice spot to unwind. We also appreciated the easy airport access, while still being close to everything. Iti, her sisters, and the gentleman on staff were especially welcoming. Breakfast was great, and having coffee, hot water, and cookies available around the clock was a thoughtful touch.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the people who run Hotel Gomero made our stay so enjoyable that I wanted to say something. Sergio’s tours were top notch, and the hospitality was unmatched. The breakfast was amazing too. I can’t say enough good things about this lovely family and the property.

We were a group of 10, and half our rooms had AC while the other half didn’t. The town is tiny, so getting around on foot was easy. The hotel felt typical for Rapa Nui, and I’d definitely recommend it.

We found the rooms simple but clean and comfortable, and the garden and pool made a peaceful place to take a break. The staff were exceptionally friendly. We stayed four nights at hotel Gomero, about a 10-minute walk from the main street, and had a very pleasant time.
