There are only a few rooms, so it never felt busy, and we could step outside to find everything nearby. The location was perfect, the rooms were very clean, and breakfast was something to look forward to each morning. They have a proper coffee machine, so the coffee was fantastic. Ivonne treated us like family from the moment we arrived, and all the staff were amazing at making us feel at home. I've stayed in places all over the world, but nowhere else has come close to this level of care. If you want warm hospitality, this is the place.

The cleaning ladies were nice, and being right in town was convenient. Beyond that, I don't see what makes this worth the price, and I don't understand the high rating unless people's standards are low. The toilet smelled even after we left the window open overnight. The air conditioner was old and loud, the little fridge was weak, and the room felt more like a love hotel or a hostel with a toilet. It didn't feel like somewhere to spend a holiday night, and staying here could ruin how you see Easter Island. Breakfast was low quality, more like a hostel breakfast. Other hotels with better quality and lower prices offered free airport transfers. This one charged USD10 for the four-minute drive, and the owner's lady drove us without helping with the luggage. The room keys kept failing. I saw another guest have the same problem. Imagine getting back late from a stargazing tour, unable to get into your room, and having to wait for the owner to fix a problem that shouldn't happen.

Ivonne was so friendly and attentive. When we mentioned we were vegetarian, she made sure we had avocado at breakfast every day. Housekeeping made the bed and changed our towels daily, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, just right for a couple. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had, with lots of fresh fruit, natural juices and baked goods. The downtown Hanga Roa location made it easy to wander among the nearby cafés, restaurants and shops. I'd highly recommend it.

The courtyard was lovely, and Ivonne was warm and welcoming, always making sure we were happy. We had a comfortable bed, a good shower room and a clean room, with friendly staff all around. Right on the Main Street, it was easy to walk to the shops and the sea. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the whole team!
