We could hear the other guests quite clearly at times, and that occasionally interrupted the peace and quiet. Still, it was a very pleasant stay that met our expectations. The place was clean and welcoming, with well-kept spaces that made it easy to relax and feel comfortable. The good service and cleanliness make it recommendable.
We came in winter hoping to relax in the hot tub, which was advertised as an available service. We paid an extra $40,000 and reserved it for 2:30 PM, but even by midnight it still hadn't heated up, so we couldn't use it. They didn't refund us, just said the weather here was bad and that we'd get it free next time. The TV in our room was broken too: it never turned on, though we could hear it. I can't say what it's like in summer, but I wouldn't recommend coming in winter when the hot tub is the main appeal. The beaches are very cold then, and it's frustrating to pay extra and not be able to enjoy it.
The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. We stayed last year, and the rooms were well equipped, tidy, and very clean. We hope to come back this year.
The hosts are attentive whenever you need something, and they have hot tubs. There’s also plenty of parking. The cabins are well equipped, clean, tidy, and have a lovely fresh smell that shows how well cared for they are. I’ll definitely return with my family. Highly recommended ❤️🧡💛💚💙
We’ve stayed a couple of times and have always been treated extremely well. The owners are attentive and caring. The cabins are clean, well equipped, and have plenty of parking. They also allow pets, as long as owners are responsible.
